We’ve really enjoyed following everyone’s progress.  We hope that all of you that are taking the Boot Camps are getting an understanding of how important it is to have the ability of controlling our bodies without weight resistance. I know that some are getting anxious to hit the weights.  Believe me when I say you’re going to be happy your doing it the right way.  The weight resistance is coming!!  It would be unprofessional for us to overload anyone’s body that can’t move properly with technique first.  Remember your doing this so you can get your results faster and without more injuries.  Keep a look out for other cool and helpful information.
