Angelo Hunter from Allied Training Professionals shares one of his favorite healthy morning recipes. He warns that he is not a chef and you can try this one at home. Always try never to skip meals and make good decisions when creating your meals. This recipe is a great source of energy to start the day!

What you need?

Arnold’s Health Nut Bread -Nutrition facts:Total Fat 2g per serving

Fat-100 calories per slice, Sat Fat 0g, Trans 0g, Poly 1g, Mono 0g, Cholesterol 0mg, Sodium 160mg, Total Carb 16g, Dietary Fiber 3g, Sugars 3g, Protein 3g, Whole Grains 8g.

Recipe makes about 4 to 7 slices.

1egg, 3 to 4 egg whites (or just 4 to 5 egg whites), 1/3c of low fat,1% or 2% milk, 1/2 -1 cap full of pure vanilla extract, 1-2 tbs of organic or smart balance butter.

Mix ingredients thorough. Cover both sides of bread w/mixture place in pan(pre-heat pan). Cook each side for 2-3mins,  look for golden brown color. Set oven on warmer to keep those slices heated. Top with a little sugar free syrup or my favorite, some fresh strawberries or blueberries. Add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon(optiona). Serve warm and enjoy

Remember always adjust your meals according to your training regiment and  workout intensity.
